Design of Novel Fish De-Scaler System

This research is aimed to produce the prototype of a mass manufacturable fish-descaler which would be affordable, efficient and producible. Paper broadly divided into two parts, first part discusses about preliminary survey conclusions, literature review, problem identification, brainstorming, concept creation 3-D structure. Standard methodologies like Morphological Charts, Problem statement diagrams, Root Cause Analysis are used put ourselves in customer(Fish Sellers)’s shoes understand root cause problem. Based on identified, solid modeling idea visualization particular generated, individual parts model developed, labelled dimension specifications were given. Lastly, CAD Model aggregate developed inculcating solution for visualization. Second deals with understanding customer base, market testing, scalability affordability, customization prototype. Target predicted according rough cost aligned money they willing pay this new entrant. To improve adaptability, design workings made visible transparent. It essential customize product order maximize scalability, hence roadmap strategized at end.
